What You'll Do

We are hiring for a Key Account Manager for our Municipal Water Treatment accounts in the Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma area!

Key Requirements

  • Primary Focus: As a Key Account Manager, your main objective is to deliver exceptional technical service to assigned customers, driving value and ensuring satisfaction while also identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with our valued clients, ensuring continuity and fostering trust.
  • Opportunity Explorer: Seek out and capitalize on new product opportunities within your assigned territory, leveraging existing relationships and market insights.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in comprehensive training programs and site visits to deepen your understanding of territory plants and customer operations.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales plans to secure new business and expand our market presence.
  • Safety Oversight: Review and enhance territory applications and procedures to promote a culture of safety and compliance

What You'll Bring

  • Have previous experience in Municipal Water Treatment
  • Possess strong relationship management skills
  • Have documented results using a consultative sales process
  • Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management
  • Chemical Engineering degree or related
