Job summary

A leading company in the Glass, Ceramics, and Concrete Manufacturing industry is seeking a Key Account Manager for the I&S Project Business in Europe. This remote role focuses on developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing growth strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering, strong analytical skills, and experience in business development within the I&S sector. The position requires fluency in English and a willingness to travel within the EMEA region.

Key Account Manager I&S Project Business - Europe (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the I&S industry in the EMEA region.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the group.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business prospects.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads.
  • Establish relationships with new accounts and develop additional business with existing clients.
  • Manage sales reporting, project execution, and cash collection.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and project success.

Deliverables:

  • Perform market research to identify opportunities and industry trends.
  • Analyze project feasibility and develop commercial proposals with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure ethical business practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in business development, preferably in the I&S industry.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
  • Proven knowledge of high-temperature insulation and refractory products; over 3 years in high-temp insulation market.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
