Crane NXT is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager, Gaming, to grow strategic relationships with gaming operators, OEMs, and distributors in a fast-paced environment. You will develop account strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

You will lead negotiations, advocate for customer needs in product and service decisions, and monitor KPIs to keep accounts thriving while supporting budgeting and annual planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience managing complex accounts across diverse industries.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and client retention.
• Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to gaming operators, OEMs, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong multi-tiered relationships with casino executives, slot operations and gaming technology stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that drive value.
• Promote CPI gaming technology using ROI modeling and value‑based selling.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product development, service enhancements, and strategic decisions.
• Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and report progress regularly; take corrective action when needed.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, support, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.

The Key Account Manager, Gaming is a strategic member of the Gaming sales team responsible developing, managing, and growing strategic relationships with gaming operators, OEMs, and distributors. This role focuses on developing account strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:
