As the Key Account Manager – Contract Manufacturing, you will lead strategic initiatives within existing customer accounts and target new clients to drive top-line growth across Teasdale’s manufacturing capabilities. This role manages a significant portion of revenue and a broad product portfolio, including canned and dehydrated beans, tortillas and tortilla chips, taco shells, meal kits, hominy, and salsa.
You will develop market strategies, identify target customers, own customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and seek margin improvements to support business growth. The role requires leveraging existing relationships, technical expertise, and market knowledge to enhance Teasdale’s customer portfolio. Collaboration with teams such as Procurement, Quality, R&D, Product Management, Demand Planning, Operations, and Consumer Insights is essential to devise solutions that drive sales growth. The role is suited for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
This full-time, remote role reports to the Senior Director of Sales, with up to 50% travel.
