Kimberly-Clark is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead a portfolio of major EU customers in the HORECA and FM sectors. You will develop annual plans to drive retention and growth, using BI and market insights to identify opportunities and engage customers for market penetration.
You will collaborate with Channel teams and partners, activate new wins with EU stakeholders, and inform product roadmaps and marketing programs with customer insights.

Managing a portfolio of large, mostly national EU customers (across the FM and HORECA sectors)
Able to build clear annual plans that enable both retention and growth of the customer business with KC
Leverages Business Intelligence/ Market Insights to develop pipelineto target and engage customers to drive marketpenetration.
Collaborates with Channel Team and Channel partners to initiate / buildrelationship with the prospective endcustomers.
Works closely with the EU customer team to ensure activation of the new business wins through the Key Accounts
Brings insights from customer meetings to inform the customerjourney, product/ innovation roadmap and marketingprograms.
Typically working on customers over £250k of annual spend
Embraces digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) toidentify leads and businessopportunities.
Experience of managing a cross functional team of senior external stakeholders in either a Key account function or equivalent.
An individual with strong commercial and negotiation skills
