What You'll Do:
- Be the Strategic Partner for Key Clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts.
- Develop deep, trusted relationships by understanding each client's goals, challenges, and success metrics.
- Move beyond traditional account management to become a valued advisor and extension of the client’s team.
- Make client success a daily habit through regular check-ins and strategic engagements.
- Deliver value in every interaction, ensuring you are indispensable to your clients.
Drive Account Growth
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by listening for unmet needs.
- Offer tailored solutions in collaboration with internal delivery and sales teams.
- Leverage your experience in Salesforce delivery to speak the client’s language and uncover growth opportunities.
Act with Global Perspective and Personal Touch
- Manage a portfolio of clients primarily based in the US.
- Understand their market dynamics and ensure every engagement delivers measurable business impact.
- Must hold a valid US visa and be open to quarterly travel for in-person relationship-building.
Ensure Alignment and Strategic Execution
- Maintain updated account plans and communicate key insights with internal leadership.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to align on priorities and ensure mutual success.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 5–8 years in Salesforce delivery and account management.
- Proven track record of driving growth within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds and their business applications.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic, proactive mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience building and executing account growth strategies and frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across delivery and sales functions.
- Consultative approach focused on long-term client partnerships.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Managed multi-year enterprise accounts or clients with global operations.
- Experience with subscription-based or usage-based business models.
- Led Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) or planning sessions with C-level stakeholders.
- Worked in a high-growth consulting environment requiring both agility and structure.
- Owned renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions as part of your core role.
