Job summary

Cromwell is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive growth by managing a portfolio of key customer accounts and developing long-term relationships. You will work with technical specialists and branch colleagues to deliver tailored solutions and identify new opportunities to increase market share.

Responsibilities include creating account plans, providing exceptional service, and monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales or key account management role.
  • Strong track record of building and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for both the customer and the business.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within your territory.

As our new Key Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by developing strong, long-term partnerships with some of our most valued customers. Managing a portfolio of key accounts, you'll identify opportunities to grow existing business, win new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that help our customers achieve their goals.

Working closely with our technical specialists, branch network and wider sales teams, you'll become a trusted advisor to your customers, understanding their challenges and providing value beyond products. If you're passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving commercial success, we'd love to hear from you.
