The Mid-Market Managed Account Sales Team focuses on delivering wins for the Mid-Market Segment of the QuickBooks Digital Ecosystem. The Key Account Manager is responsible for generating new growth and protecting revenue for their assigned customers. You will engage customers to understand their business needs across all locations, demonstrate our core capabilities, and recommend suitable solutions. Leveraging support partners and resources will be critical to achieving your objectives. This role is remote, with travel up to 30%.

What you'll bring
  • At least 5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and corporate account management experience
  • Experience building and managing territory across multiple states and industries
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to customers with multiple locations and revenue over $25M+
  • Strong business and sales acumen, high EQ/IQ
  • Financial acumen; experience with Accounting, ERP, or Financial Management Software is a plus
  • Proficiency in managing pipelines using Salesforce and supporting multiple partners
  • Experience with sales methodologies like Challenger, SPIN, Solution, or Sandler
  • Understanding of client management lifecycle
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders within a team
  • Meeting quarterly KPIs and sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred

  • Proactively recommend improvements to existing customers’ businesses
  • Articulate the value propositions of the QuickBooks Online Ecosystem and understand competitive strategies
  • Present to C-Level executives, demonstrating ROI

  • Influence the buying process with key stakeholders
  • Navigate complex sales processes and leverage resources effectively
  • Support business growth through cross-functional collaboration
  • Track success metrics such as quota attainment, close rates, pipeline velocity, and retention
