About the Job

Are you looking to change the landscape of a major disease area? Join Sanofi as a Key Account Manager and play a pivotal role in bringing a paradigm-shifting Type-1 Diabetes product to market. You will build a client base within the territory through your clinical knowledge, disease education, and market analytics. Working with a recently launched product, you'll have the scope to develop sales strategies and acquire new customers.

You will join the National TZIELD Sales Team within the Diabetes Commercial organization and collaborate closely with an internal matrix team. The National Sales Team for TZIELD is an elite group launching an innovative first-in-class treatment for the delay of clinical Type 1 Diabetes onset. The focus is on clinical education, identifying at-risk patients through screening, and working with key accounts and relevant customers to treat patients efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in clinical data, disease education, diagnostics, product information, selling skills, business analytics, and market trends
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of each key account, including strategic goals, value drivers, stakeholders, business metrics, and challenges
  • Create account plans prioritizing efforts, integrating vertical pathways, and identifying spheres of influence
  • Understand contracting and product access processes, workflows, stakeholders, and clinical evaluation models at key accounts
  • Develop strategic partnerships with endocrinology and immunology executives and key population health decision-makers
  • Perform targeted educational engagements with top community and health system accounts
  • Support clinical advocacy, gain KOL endorsements, and ensure coverage on provider pathways, EMRs, and formularies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer needs promptly
