Job summary

Amcor LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive the strategic relationship with a key customer, P&G. You will design account plans, steer revenue growth and deliver tailored packaging solutions to meet customer needs.

You will coordinate with R&D, Production, Logistics, Quality and PLM, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to maximize profitability and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on large accounts.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Amcor products, the packaging industry and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts within the assigned scope.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and pursue new business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, Logistics, Quality, and PLM to meet expectations.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports with insights for improvement.
