Job summary

AeroNet Wireless Broadband is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with strategic corporate customers. You will focus on account retention, renewals, revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

You will serve as the primary contact across AeroNet’s teams—technical, operations, finance, and customer service—to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a superior customer experience, with on-site interactions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, corporate account management, or business development.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM or sales-management platforms.
  • Ability to meet with and visit customers as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned strategic and corporate accounts.
  • Understand each customer’s business, operational needs, and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion.
  • Develop and present proposals, quotations, renewals, and business solutions.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from identification through implementation.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within established guidelines.
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, finance, and customer service teams to deliver on customer commitments.
  • Track installations, projects, service requests, and other activities related to assigned accounts.
  • Help resolve customer concerns and coordinate escalations when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in the company’s CRM and related systems.
  • Monitor account performance, including revenue, retention, renewals, pipeline, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare account reviews, forecasts, opportunity updates, and risk assessments for management.
  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
  • Stay current on AeroNet’s solutions, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Achieve assigned revenue, retention, and account-growth objectives.
