Job summary

Ipm Foods in Janesville, WI seeks a Kettle Room Associate - Unloader for 1st shift to support kettle deck operations by receiving, moving, and staging raw materials in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility.

You will unload shipments, verify against purchase orders, operate pallet jacks, and maintain organized receiving and storage areas while upholding GMP and safety standards. 1st shift availability required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse/receiving or food manufacturing experience a plus.
• Pallet jack and basic material handling equipment experience; forklift certification a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verification.
• Reliable attendance; 1st shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming materials from trailers and deliveries.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and documents.
• Stage and transport materials to kettle deck and production areas in a timely manner.
• Operate pallet jacks and basic material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain organized receiving, staging, and storage areas at all times.
• Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist with ingredient transfers and production changeovers as required.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and OSHA requirements throughout all tasks.
• Complete required receiving logs, documentation, and inventory tracking accurately.
• All other duties as assigned.
