Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking Assemblers/Kitters for the first shift in Wisconsin. You will finalize packaging for medical and food-grade components, following detailed work orders and assembly procedures.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and safety in a climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities include accurately counting, labeling, and packing products, ensuring quality, and communicating with team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic reading and interpretation of job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work order instructions.
• Follow assembly processes and procedures precisely.
• Achieve expected rate while assembling customer product.
• Fold boxes and package customer product efficiently.
• Perform all functions of pack out accurately.
• Count accurately, watch scales for variances, and scan properly.
• Place labels precisely on product.
• Watch for faulty or damaged materials to ensure quality.
• Notify lead when inventory is low.
• Communicate with coworkers in a business-like manner.
• Comply with safety and work rules; complete required forms.
• Demonstrate a professional manner.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Participate in trainings and audits.
• Other tasks as assigned.
