Job Responsibilities

1. Accurately scale and fill products.
2. Lifting and palletizing pails weighing up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
3. Efficiently operate equipment.
4. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
5. Maintain clean equipment and work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
6. Complete all necessary paperwork required by the position.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Must be able to obtain a forklift license and operate a forklift.
3. Basic mechanical skills required.
4. General knowledge of machine operation.
5. Ability to use creative thinking for troubleshooting.
6. Ability to push or pull heavy equipment occasionally.
7. Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with GMPs.
8. Practice safe working habits.
9. Ability to lift in excess of 40 pounds frequently.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
11. Flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
