Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Utah seeks a Ketamine Infusion Nurse to deliver safe IV Ketamine treatment in a calm setting. You will monitor patients, manage care, and ensure comfort from start to finish.

Role requires an active RN license, accredited nursing program completion, IV placement proficiency, and strong communication. Three 12‑hour shifts/week with alternating Saturdays and no Sundays are offered, with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management.
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively administer Ketamine via IV.
• Care closely for patients during every step of the process.
• Explain ketamine infusion to patients and families to inspire confidence and peace.
• Provide calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment.
• Demonstrate thorough documentation.
• Provide support to providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions.
• Team player mindset with flexibility as part of the flow.

• Safely and effectively administering Ketamine via IV
• Caring closely for patients during every step of the process
• Explaining ketamine infusion to patients and their families in a way that inspires confidence and peace
• Providing calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment
• Demonstrating thorough documentation
• Providing support to providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions
• Jumping in where needed —we’rea team, and flexibility is part of the flow

What You Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License – current,activeand unrestricted
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a focus on patient experience
• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require
