Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Ketamine Infusion Nurse to deliver safe, effective IV ketamine treatments in a calm, patient-centered outpatient setting. You will monitor patients, manage care, and ensure comfort throughout the infusion process.

You will explain the infusion to patients and families, provide emotional support, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the team, including telehealth support when not infusing. Join a dedicated team committed to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (unrestricted) in the state.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management.
• Solid knowledge of medications, sterile technique, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ketamine via IV safely and effectively.
• Monitor patients and manage care during infusion.
• Explain ketamine infusion to patients and families to build confidence.
• Provide calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment.
• Demonstrate thorough documentation.
• Support providers and patients via telehealth when not infusing.
• Collaborate as part of a flexible, team-based environment.

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

• Safely and effectively administering Ketamine via IV
• Caring closely for patients during every step of the process
• Explaining ketamine infusion to patients and their families in a way that inspires confidence and peace
• Providing calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment
• Demonstrating thorough documentation
• Providing support to providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions
• Jumping in where needed —we’rea team, and flexibility is part of the flow

What You Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License – current,activeand unrestricted
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a focus on patient experience
• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require
