Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Colorado Springs is seeking a Ketamine Infusion Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate IV ketamine treatments in a calm outpatient setting. You will monitor patients, manage care, and ensure comfort throughout the process.

Qualified candidates are licensed RNs with IV placement experience, medication knowledge, and strong communication skills. The role offers 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly with no Sundays and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RN license must be current and unrestricted.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep and management from start to finish.
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively administer Ketamine via IV.
• Care closely for patients during every step of the process.
• Explain ketamine infusion to patients and families to inspire confidence and peace.
• Provide calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment.
• Demonstrate thorough documentation.
• Provide telehealth support to providers and patients when not administering infusions.
• Be flexible and jump in where needed as part of a collaborative team.

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

• Safely and effectively administering Ketamine via IV
• Caring closely for patients during every step of the process
• Explaining ketamine infusion to patients and their families in a way that inspires confidence and peace
• Providing calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment
• Demonstrating thorough documentation
• Providing support to providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions
• Jumping in where needed —we’rea team, and flexibility is part of the flow

What You Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License – current,activeand unrestricted
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a focus on patient experience
• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require
