Serenity Healthcare in Colorado Springs is seeking a Ketamine Infusion Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care in a calm outpatient setting. You will monitor patients, manage care, and ensure comfort throughout infusions.

You will perform IV ketamine administration, discuss the procedure with patients and families, document thoroughly, and provide support to providers. This role emphasizes patient experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• RN license (current, active, unrestricted).
• Completion of accredited nursing program.
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish.
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focusing on patient experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively administering Ketamine via IV.
• Caring closely for patients during every step of the process.
• Explaining ketamine infusion to patients and families to inspire confidence.
• Providing calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment.
• Demonstrating thorough documentation.
• Providing telehealth support to providers and patients when not infusing.
• Team-based approach with flexibility in duties.

The Role: Ketamine Infusion Nurse

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely and effectively administering Ketamine via IV
• Caring closely for patients during every step of the process
• Explaining ketamine infusion to patients and their families in a way that inspires confidence and peace
• Providing calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment
• Demonstrating thorough documentation
• Providing support to providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions
• Jumping in where needed — we're a team, and flexibility is part of the flow

What You Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License - current, active and unrestricted
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control
