Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Arizona is seeking a Ketamine Infusion Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care in a calm outpatient setting. You will monitor patients during infusions, ensure comfort, and provide clear explanations to patients and families.

Three 12-hour shifts per week with an outpatient clinic environment, a favorable patient-to-nurse ratio, and comprehensive benefits are offered to support your work‑life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license active and unrestricted.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong IV placement, upkeep and management.
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on patient experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively administering ketamine via IV.
• Care for patients during every step of the process.
• Explain ketamine infusion to patients and families to inspire confidence.
• Provide calm emotional support throughout treatment.
• Document thoroughly and accurately.
• Support providers and patients via telehealth when not infusing.
• Collaborate as part of a team and adapt as needed.

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

• Safely and effectively administering Ketamine via IV

• Caring closely for patients during every step of the process

• Explaining ketamine infusion to patients and their families in a way that inspires confidence and peace

• Providing calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment

• Demonstrating thorough documentation

• Providing support to providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions

• Jumping in where needed —we’rea team, and flexibility is part of the flow

What You Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License – current,activeand unrestricted

• Completion of an accredited nursing program

• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish

• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a focus on patient experience

• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require
