Job summary

Edubex Learning is seeking an admissions counselor to counsel prospective students on available courses and career opportunities. You will convert inbound and outbound leads into enrollments, conduct telephonic counselling, and follow up with applicants to ensure successful admissions.

You will understand learners' requirements, recommend suitable courses, and strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and enrollment documentation.
