Job summary

Creature Comforts Inn is seeking dedicated staff to care for pets, manage kennel operations, and maintain a clean, safe boarding environment. Youll work with a compassionate team to ensure daily feeding, exercise, and health monitoring while upholding high standards of cleanliness and compliance.

Ideal candidates have veterinary or pet-resort experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all pets receive proper daily care (feeding, cleaning, exercise, monitoring health) and report concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support kennel staff; train new team members; delegate tasks and coach.
• Oversee kennel flow: check-ins, boarding, capacity; manage scheduling and staffing.
• Enforce cleaning and sanitation protocols; keep kennels and play areas clean and odor-free; report maintenance issues.
• Monitor inventory of food, cleaning supplies, and kennel materials; communicate orders to leadership.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to protocols.
