Our service department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and provides high-level customer service to Lexus guests. They should have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. This is an entry-level, full-time position with a starting pay of $16.00-$19.00 DOE.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, familiarizing them with amenities, overseeing the guest lounge, supporting teammates with clerical tasks, fielding calls, answering questions, scheduling appointments, taking messages, transferring calls, making outbound calls to service leads, and ensuring guest satisfaction according to Lexus standards. Candidates should be comfortable on the phone, handling up to 15 calls per hour.

Work conditions are primarily indoors, involving PC work, standing, walking short distances, and frequent telephone use.
