Job summary

MGM Resorts International in New York is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair equipment, participate in daily operations, and provide technical support to management. The role focuses on boilers, compressors, refrigeration, generators, and ride systems as part of the resort’s mechanical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is 21+, has a high school diploma or GED, and experience in maintenance in a resort setting; preferred experience with theme parks, Allen Bradley

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in a resort or theme park maintenance setting preferred.
Experience with ride systems maintenance preferred.
Allen Bradley PLC, 6G welding certification, or Aircraft A&P experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair equipment for boilers, compressors, refrigeration, generators and all related systems.
Inspect ride systems and auxiliary equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues.
Complete work orders and perform daily route checks.
