Job summary

MGM Springfield is seeking a Hotel & Property Engineer to keep all equipment running smoothly in our entertainment resort. You will maintain and repair boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and other machinery driven by power sources to ensure uptime.

The role involves inspecting and repairing ride systems and related equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems, completing work orders, and walking daily routes to identify needed repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and equipment powered by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel or water.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems on ride systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Complete work orders.
• Walk daily routes and perform necessary repairs.
