Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to KBB ICO leads and engage customers throughout the vehicle acquisition process.
• Contact customers to discuss their vehicle, answer questions, and schedule appraisal appointments.
• Evaluate potential purchases while considering condition, market value, and dealership profitability.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a professional, transparent purchasing experience.
• Conduct consistent and timely follow-up with customers who have expressed interest in selling their vehicle.
• Work closely with the dealership team to coordinate appraisals and vehicle purchases.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM.
