Kenmore Envelope Company, Inc is seeking a skilled KBA press operator for a full‑time night shift in Richmond, VA. You will set up, operate, and maintain a Koenig & Bauer press to print envelopes per quality standards, ensuring minimal downtime and waste.

The role requires 3 years of KBA Pressman experience, high school or equivalent, and willingness to work a 12‑hour night schedule. Benefits include comprehensive medical, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Set up/adjust Koenig & Bauer press to meet specs.
• Document requirements and communicate with team.
• Monitor quality during runs and correct as needed.
• Perform press repairs, maintenance, upkeep and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Set up / adjust Koenig & Bauer - KBA press for job runs to meet specifications - comparable Heidleburg, Speedmaster experience
• Perform document review to ensure job requirements are known and understood.
• Monitor product quality during production runs.
• Check product quality against the sample and established quality standards and make corrections as necessary.
• Perform press repairs, maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning.
• Follow Pressroom procedures for control sheets, charging time & material, load tags, FSC stock, and samples
• Maintain acceptable productivity standards while minimizing raw material waste
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
