Job summary

North Shore Preserve seeks a Golf Services Attendant to join the Golf Operations Department on the island of Kaua'i, Hawaii. You will ensure exceptional guest service and smooth golf facility operations, interacting with players of all levels and assisting with equipment handling and daily rounds.

You will greet members, support on-course service, coordinate with the valet team, maintain carts and gear, and assist in the golf shop.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or golf-related environment.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and terminology is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members upon arrival and departure on the range.
• Assist with service during their round and respond to player requests.
• Work with the valet team and assist as needed.
• Stock and restock golf carts with beverages, towels, and amenities.
• Maintain clean shuttles, club carts, and personal golf carts.
• Clean all players clubs before and after each round.
• Assist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate as requested.
• Accurately track daily golf activity and assist with monthly inventory count.
