Job summary

Rapport International is seeking qualified interpreters for in-person interpretation in the Omaha area of Nebraska. This independent contractor role requires full bilingual ability, medical terminology familiarity, and reliability to serve local clients with confidentiality.

Flexible PRN hours with availability M-F 7AM–5PM, access to transportation and a printer, and experience or certification in interpretation are preferred.

Qualifications

• PRN schedule with part-time or less; must have some availability M-F 7AM-5PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person interpretation for Nebraska clients in the Omaha area.

Requirements

• We are looking for IN PERSON interpreters only, you must have transportation to attend appointments locally
• Technical skills for learning/using online portal (printing and uploading vouchers required)

• Schedule is PRN (as needed), part time (or less depending on languages spoken) and is flexible based on interpreter's availability and preferences. However, applicants must have some availability M-F 7AM-5PM as this is when services are typically needed.

Please note, this is an independent contractor position with flexible hours. Hours are not guaranteed and are based on availability, languages spoken and client needs.
