Job summary

Productive Playhouse is building a Kannada-speaking talent pool for evaluating AI chatbots. As an AI Evaluator, you will interact with various models to assess capabilities, safety, and usefulness. Tasks arrive in batches and you choose which to take, with flexible hours and remote work.

Open to international freelancers, you’ll deliver structured evaluations, contribute to model improvements, and provide deliverables as specified in each SOW.

Qualifications

• Native or expert-level fluency in Kannada (spoken in India).
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models.
• Comfortable with written and voice-based conversations and sharp follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with AI models to assess capabilities, safety, and helpfulness.
• Participate in structured evaluations and provide deliverables (ratings, write-ups, screenshots).
• Follow project-specific SOW with task-based assignments.
