Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to operate PIT equipment safely.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Personal computer and software skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly workforce to ensure safety, communication, and efficient performance.
• Coach attendance and turnover, manage time and attendance.
• Provide training for Conveyance team on tugger and lift operations.
• Evaluate customer needs by reviewing current processes and material flow.
• Design material handling routes and layouts for Kanban delivery.
• Collaborate with automation vendors to meet cost saving objectives.
• Support Kaizen activities and A3 projects in the Conveyance department.
• Assist in project management for cart and tugger design.
