Responsibilities

• Assist Group Leader in coordinating activities of department.
• Communicate Group Leader’s directions to Team Members.
• Review production schedules to ensure manufacturing is completed and scheduled delivery dates are met.
• Assist in coordinating activities of the team to meet production schedules with safety and quality.
• Maintain production records and reporting as needed.
• Train Team Members in department functions.
• Report quality issues to quality team and Group Leader.
• Perform activities of Team Members as needed.
• Ready to work frequent overtime on short notice.
• Rotating shifts are required.
