Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with plan sponsors and clients.
• Knowledge of defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457 and 401(a).
• Ability to prospect, schedule and conduct appointments and seminars.
• Familiarity with investment products and pricing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Enroll 403(b)/457 plans and manage retirement and investment strategies.
• Educate participants and conduct retirement/investment seminars.
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one client meetings.
• Research client service issues and respond to investment questions.
