Job summary

K9 Resorts in Florida is seeking a Pet Care Technician to provide hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You’ll monitor health and safety, supervise daycare groups, assist with feeding, bathing, and daily routines, and help deliver a 5-star guest experience for pet parents. No experience? Training is provided; must love dogs and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect suites and common areas to brand standards.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines.
• Deliver a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent.
• Support team operations and maintain a positive culture.

What You’ll Do

As a Pet Care Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our resort—working hands-on with dogs and ensuring every guest receives exceptional care.

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately
• Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards
• Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines
• Delivering a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent
• Supporting team operations and maintaining a strong, positive culture
