• High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience.

The Role

Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.

This opening is specifically for the SharePoint Division Representative for Operations – This person is primarily responsible for governing, provisioning, and maintaining the division’s SharePoint environment—recruiting and training site owners, enforcing policy compliance, conducting regular audits, and serving as the single liaison for all SharePoint project and support requests. This role will also work with the Operations Deckplate Safety team, providing ad‑hoc support for safety‑metric reporting, employee‑engagement activities (including the MyIdea program), and other staff‑function needs of the Operations Division Chief of Staff’s office, as required.
