Primary Function: The K-8 Student Success Coach focuses on the "how" of learning. Unlike a traditional tutor who focuses on content, this coach works directly with students to build the foundational brain-based skills such as organization, emotional regulation, and task initiation, which are needed to navigate the classroom. You will serve as a bridge between the student's potential and their daily performance, helping them build a "toolbox" for lifelong independence.
Hours: M-F; 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Start Date: August/September 2026
Anticipated Salary: $58,000 - $75,000
