Job summary

Parker Core Knowledge in Parker, CO seeks a K-8 Student Success Coach to strengthen foundational brain-based skills such as organization, emotional regulation, and task initiation. You will act as a bridge between a student's potential and daily performance, helping them build a toolbox for lifelong independence.

This full-time role reports to the Academic Director, runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with August/September 2026 start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Colorado teaching license, counseling license, or related credential preferred but not required.
• CPI, SEL, behavior intervention, executive functioning coaching certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with school-aged children in educational, counseling, intervention, coaching, or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the "how" of learning; build foundational brain-based skills such as organization, emotional regulation, and task initiation.
• Bridge between student's potential and daily performance; help build a toolbox for lifelong independence.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student growth and interventions.
