Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified School Social Worker for a full-time leave coverage assignment in a K8 district. This onsite position will provide direct and indirect social work services to students across three schools.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, an active SSW license, and 1+ years of school social work experience, with on-site, full-time duties in a three-school setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Active Social Worker license required.
• Minimum 1+ years of school social work experience required.
• Onsite full-time work requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and support services to students K8.
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on behavioral and social-emotional goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements.
