Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contracted school psychologist to support K-8 students for the 2024-2026 school years. The role offers both full- and part-time options with an approximate caseload of 60 students and 10 evaluations planned this year.

Collaborate with educators and families to support academic, social, and emotional growth. The contract runs through May 21, 2026, offering meaningful relationships and professional support.

Qualifications

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience in K-8 settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload and perform timely evaluations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of special education processes and eligibility requirements.
• Adaptable to a dynamic school environment and diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs and behavioral interventions.
• Consult and collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and families.
• Help foster a positive learning environment that supports all students.
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support services as needed.
• Maintain clear and accurate records in compliance with district and legal requirements.
