Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time contract in Connecticut (Voluntown) working 30 hours per week to support elementary and middle school students. The role emphasizes behavioral interventions, assessments, and collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds an active School Psychologist certification with experience in K-8 settings, strong documentation skills, and a passion for promoting student well-being and academic

Qualifications

• Active School Psychologist certification
• Experience with K-8th grade students preferred
• Expertise in behavioral strategies and interventions
• Solid assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
• Effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide general case management for a diverse student population
• Deliver targeted behavioral consultations and intervention planning
• Work with educators and families to promote student success and well-being
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for evaluations, interventions, and progress tracking
