ProCare Therapy is seeking a contracted occupational therapist to support K-8 students in a thriving school community near Sudbury, MA. You will evaluate students, develop individualized plans, and deliver services in classroom, small group, and 1:1 settings.

Qualifications

• Valid MA Occupational Therapy license.
• Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students referred for occupational therapy and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within classroom, small group, and 1:1 settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' IEP goals.
• Document assessment results, progress notes, and compliance reports per school and state requirements.
• Provide recommendations and resources to staff for classroom modifications and student accommodations.
