Job summary

Constellation Schools LLC in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a highly qualified School Nurse to provide quality health services at the assigned school(s), following the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and FERPA.

You will lead health programs, monitor student health daily, provide first aid, supervise medication administration, and collaborate with teachers, families and health care providers to support student well‑being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active Ohio RN license.
• ODE school nurse licensure required; experience with children preferred.
• Excellent communication, data entry and confidentiality handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for students with identified health problems.
• Provide first aid and referral for illness and injury.
• Monitor student and staff health conditions and provide referrals as necessary.
• Coordinate student plans of care (EAP, IHP, 504) with staff.
• Provide health education resources and collaborate with health care providers.
