Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience in school leadership or administration.
• Minimum of one year teaching experience.
• Ability to coach and develop teachers.
• Strong knowledge of K-8 instructional practices and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support curriculum implementation and instructional practices.
• Observe classrooms and provide coaching feedback.
• Use student data to guide planning and improvement.
• Lead teachers and campus staff, supporting recruitment and development.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming campus.
• Collaborate with families and stakeholders on enrollment and events.
