Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas – Sandy Ridge Campus in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant Principal for a full-time, 12-month role. The position reports to the Campus Principal, located on CASLV campuses in Las Vegas/Henderson, with responsibilities including instructional leadership, operations oversight, PBIS, and family engagement.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership, a Nevada administrator license or eligibility, and at least three years of teaching

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field is required.
• Nevada administrator license or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead school operations and campus-wide programs alongside the Principal.
• Improve student achievement through instructional program development and monitoring.
• Observe, coach, and evaluate teachers and staff for professional growth.
• Coordinate student discipline and PBIS initiatives.
• Communicate with parents to support a strong school-home partnership.
• Lead events and ensure compliance with policies and safety protocols.
• Assist with scheduling, testing coordination, and data analysis for school improvement.
• Serve as acting Principal when the Principal is absent.

Education

Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field
