Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership preferred.
• Active Principal’s License or willingness to obtain an Alternative Principal’s license.
• OTES credentialed or willing to become OTES credentialed.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the principal in implementing the school’s education program to maximize student achievement.
• Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and community partners.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with Ohio and federal requirements.
• Support Title and Special Education services as applicable.
