Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• Valid State of Ohio certification as a school counselor.
• Strong social/emotional or trauma-informed care background.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in an urban or turnaround school setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive school counseling program to support academics and personal development.
