Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling and certification (or eligible).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a K-12 setting.
• Licensure as LCSW/LCMSC/LMFT preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and support to K-8 students and families.
• Collaborate with teachers and division coordinators to design intervention plans.
• Refer to external mental health resources when needed.
• Provide short-term counseling for students and communicate interventions to parents/teachers.
• Participate in crisis management planning and respond to distressing events as needed.
• Advise admissions or support teams on students with IEP/504 plans.
