You will differentiate instruction, maintain records, collaborate with families, and participate in non-instructional activities while upholding school culture and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• High level of comfort in growth-focused coaching and frequent observations/debriefs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Experience supervising students in various school settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans and modify them during the year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet all students’ needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
