Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day with AI-powered adaptive learning apps, where teachers (guides) empower students through life-skills coaching and data-driven motivation. This full-time, on-site Coach role is based at a campus with relocation support for multiple U.S.

locations. You will lead weekly life-skills workshops, monitor progress via Coachbot analytics, and push students to 100% of their weekly app goals while using school currency and leaderboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students: teaching, tutoring, coaching, or program leadership.
• Comfortable using adaptive learning software while you lead motivation and life-skills coaching.
• Stage presence strong enough to hold a room of 12-year-olds for an hour.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions to reach 100% of weekly app goals using Coachbot analytics.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re-coach until mastery is achieved.
• Adapt workshop playbooks for a range of ages and build new sessions when gaps are found.
• Be the trusted adult who upholds the standard and supports student growth.
