Job summary

Conservatory Lab Charter School is seeking an Instructional Support Assistant to join a dynamic, urban education team at our Hancock/Dorchester campus in Boston. This full-time, on-site role supports the lead teacher, co-teaches, reinforces lessons, and helps with student progress and family communication.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of college, experience with children, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Assist with instructional support and social-emotional support.
