Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or the passage of the Paraprofessional’s Exam.
• Experience in a school or social services setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports lessons taught by the teacher to individual students or groups.
• Assists with clerical duties, grading papers and making copies.
• Helps maintain the cleanliness of the classroom and lunchroom.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office

High quality written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Education

Associate degree or two years of college coursework

Successful completion of BCI/FBI check
